during the experiments they were measuring EM waves and brain activity, so i conclude that they were designing devices to BLOCK ESP (block the remote Viewing) -- devices similar to Mobile/Cell phone BTS towers -- because the whole point of the investigation was due to ESP/Remote Viewing being a potential National Security issue!

FRACTAL FIBONACCI PHI CALCULATION AD INFINITUM PoW SYSTEM CONCEPT

quantum hispanics, comprehend this:
pseudo-"blockchain" Proof-of-Work ("PoW")system which just keeps incrementing the Fibonacci sequence, AD INFINITUM, and calculating the Golden ratio/Φ Phi derived from dividing the last 2 fibonacci numbers, AD INFINITUM
thus, a more precise golden ratio/PHI Φ will be obtained, AD INFINITUM (what is the highest value/number?)
thus, we could leverage this PoW to make an ever-perfecting simulation, also maybe to "sanity-check" reality...
furthermore, the main Phi PoW verification would require equal computing resource for the verification of the number, unlike regular blockchain hash function nonce verification (which requires less computation than the discovery of the actual nonce value)
there may need to be a 2nd PoW system ("anchored"/"sidechain") for it to be incentivised properly with monetary incentive to encourage people to keep the systems ticking along and upgrading the hardware to get a more precise PHI as time goes forward
